A good team in TA is a balanced team, I would recommend:

Hammer Warrior of some sort
E/Mo
Mesmer Diversion/Black out, maybe Edenial.
Boon Prot Monk (Me/Mo)

You could of course go to the TA builds section, and sift through the list of builds and more importantly discussions regarding those builds.
