For 5..17 seconds, your Spells cost 3 more Energy, but whenever you cast a Spell you steal up to 5..41 Health from one nearby foe.
With 16 blood and 5 simultaneous Vampiric Gazes, this makes a 580 point lifesteal -- uninfusable as far as I can see. Anyone tried anything like this?
