this is the first grim cesta that you got in ascalon ,but it was changed for blood magic ones, and with this grim cesta, the 55hp monk have +6 energy.

how much u guys wann bet he got the picture off a old website with listing of all prophecies weapons and unique items. I too have seen this picture in a website long time ago, as i was also searching for this item, But i believe while back all the -50hp items were changed to blood req.... My 2 cents
