there is a thread in here for soloing him..butr that one takes too long and and is a bot risky. so here is my solo build for jeoff the pain bringer

the plan:
so basically yo can find jeoff and his group outside zos little bit to the left.
go near him and use long bow to aggro jeoff, he and his group shold charge ite in.. very ez pull. the triky part is to make sure jeoff follows you.. he ahas a tendancy to rung back to his spot... but your longbow should take care of that.
after jeoff has aggored you, run back to the gate whre you would respawn.. make sure you are in aggro dis. of both jeoffs gruop and the lfriendly luxon that are close buy.
when your atacking the 2 luxon warrior npc should come and help you out. this realy doesnt help that much but still they will at least take out 1-2 outcasts. after the luxons die smack on doyalack and just follow your ordinary resposite build, (make sure you atack the deathhands frist) the death hands have well of blood and will heal the other outcasts. after youve taken care of the deathhands take our the warrior and assasin. this will leave you with a) jeoff the painbringer b) jeoff+ a ritualist.
dont even wroy about the ritualist that npc is next to useless. your goal is jeoff.
start buy smaking on doyalack and then glads. use the resposite and galrath +SW to lower hp.. repeat and jeff will die in about 2-4mins tops
the drops:
the drops ranger from 400g-30k depends if jeffy wants to drop his shield
