Armour crafter to change stats

Something I think people might find useful would be an armour crafter to change the stats if you decide you want to try something different rather than have to fork out for and find space for extra armour sets.

My proposal would be for a crafter that will let you change the stats of any piece for say 3k each as a perk for those who bought 15k or greater armour (wouldn't be worth it on 1.5k as cheap enough) so if you say want to change from the extra energy armour to extra stance armouyr you can, or change a +1 sword helm for a +1 axe one if you want to try a different weapon without having the expense of buying a whole new helm (in the case of FoW this can be 200k+) and not everyone is rich.

Why pay gold to change stats when you could own an armor set that could change stats, looks, runes, colors at will while you are in towns or outposts?

Essence Armor - Able to change armor stats, looks, runes, color at will while in town

Essence Armor is a broken concept...

Please feel free to discuss about how "broken" it is in that thread, not in here.
Please elaborate in detail about why you think it is "broken".
If it is truly "broken" like you said, there would not be anyone supporting the idea.
