But i've seen many times, people PC an item for low what you think it would be worth, they put it in highend and it goes higher than we've pc'd, you'll never know until you put it up for sale.

I know this b/c I personally own a req 8 10/10 Deadly Cesta. I won't disclose what I paid for it, but it's less than 50k.
Take a req 9 10/10 staff for instance, which is approximately the same rarity as this one, I personally do not see any such staff making it to high end, unless it's Ghostly or something.
If this were a Zodiac Wand, then yea sure, you can probably get 100k+ for it, but this one, I highly doubt it.

I'd say 50k'ish... I once invested money in 10/9 cesta and.. well I still have it on my monk somewhere in the dust ^_^ so these things are hard to sell.. I mean 10/10 ones.

Well, the only real way to find out is putting it on auction. But seriously, I do not see this getting over 20k, if that...

It could go around 40k. I've sold recently at least four normal prophecies skins 10/10 staves in droknars for about average 50k~, of course it takes time...but still...
