Personally, I'd be all over this shield if it wasn't Strength-based. Even after Factions, I'd still think you can get close to 500k for this. Its competition is Victo's Bulwark...

cant see anyone forking out 1mill for this 300k region only chap1 items worth 1mill are the old "l33t" items 15^50 dwarverns/serpants/crystalline/ and that req7 15^50 fell if its real

this item is perfect in every way (until the req 7 version is released ), and i'm pretty sure if this goes on auction, it will hit 500k and beyond as there are still loads of rich players around (and again, for some, we won't speculate the source of their wealth *coughcough*).

the release of factions has caused a huge impact on prophecies items, but nonetheless, some really rare items, eg perfect shadow shield, are still highly valuable since they're not something you see everyday being traded...
one obvious way to find out is browse through some wtb threads....shadow shields are in their list
and i for one, know a serious buyer looking for this for a while already
