I went to go cap Oath Shot so I consulted this map: http://www.guildwarsguru.com/gallery...?album=3&pos=9
After doing Thunderhead Keep for a few times "perfected Cloak" did not spawn at the location it said. Is his spawn very rare or is it an error in the map?

I also say there is an Oath Shot boss in the Mouth of Abbadon. Is he a common spawn?

I capped Oath Shot quite a long time ago from the unnamed Jade Bow boss in Ice Floe. It was quite an ordeal, but well worth it as it is still my favorite elite. I recommend this site for elite help.

It's also located outside Thunderhead Keep, directly to the west. There's 2 sets of bosses per spawn. If you want to cap it here, I'd recommend bringing some running skills to check out the bosses before working your way through the other mursaat in the area. The boss doesn't have a name; it's just a level 28 Jade Bow with the green aura. It took me about 4 times to get him to appear, but a guildy of mine got it to show up on the first try.

Yes, that's the same one I mentioned. The map on that site I referred to may help too - as far as I know he always spawns, but not always in the same spot. On the map at that site will be multiple X's, he can spawn at any of them.
