Celestial Sword of Warding

Damage +15% (while in a Stance)
Armor +7 (vs. elemental attacks)
The sword is gold, I am PCing this for a guild member. He is wondering the price for it now, and if he should bother adding better mods then resell it. I am assuming the 11 sword req might make it so he wont want to sink to much money on mods for it. Thanks.
