im pretty sure this will get nerfed once everyone does it, but hey.
to do this you need factions, and more specifically you need to start a canthan campaign (dont pm me the real campaign name, its irrelevant).
the reason im posting this is a. its incredibly simple, and b. its incredibly easy.
all you do is start a campaign, who cares what name you name your character, and just do all the quests for the class trainers. there are a grand total of 7 class trainers, and they give about 100g per quest. now you might say "hang on, thats only 700g!' but, there are 3 trainers per class AND you get monastary credits, which are selling at about 200g each. so thats about 2k gold, plus watever you make from the credits, which will be between 1.5k and 2k, for a total of 3.5k-4k.
not bad for an hour or so's work, hey?
its much easier than ettin farming, and you dont need to finish the gae and have 15K armor to do it.

You don't need "15K" armor for ANY functionality.
And while my minotaur build relies on what is ordinarily an expensive piece of equipment for its reliability (the 19% enchantment lengthening axe haft I got offered in trade for, I'm not making this up, a single seed), I've seen others posted that don't.

Rather than crap on this like everyone else I will say this is a pretty nice post. Granted there are way easier ways to make money once you have some experience with the game but this is nice and easy for very new players to get some skin in the game.

for easy farming, go for the lady who drops lians lantern.. i been farming her with my lvl 8 ele... if you get her to chase you back towards the portal for market place, when you get close enough to portal they will stop following you so you can attack and then retreat and they leave you alone.. you can get well with in aggro bubble range and they wont attack you at all as long as you stay near market place portal.. it is very tedious getting them to chase you all the way back to portal.. but its easy pickings once they do....

btw, monastery credits go for 50-100gp not 200gp.

1 faction quest = 50-200 gold depending
you get gold doing missions as well...
not to mention you get gold from item drops...
I guess you can do it your way if you want to be a bit more lazy-ish. *shrugs*

I made 68k worth of items in about 20 mins, by using 4 skills.
Also, with a little practice you can farm ettins easily.
