Never mod an item you intend to sell, value wont increase by more than what you paid for the mods.

Around ~100k sounds fair

sorry to post in my own thread again but i think its already at the top, im pretty amazed by this because before the PC i told someone id sell to him for 75k and he laughed at me

people like that annoy me. i said it in some other thread but some guy was spamming for +45enchant -2enchant shields so i showed him well over a million golds worth and gave prices for each. he turned round and said dont be silly can i have a real price please
