PC on Bone Staff (death) pls

Hi I could someone give an idea on this gold drop please..

I dont go necro so no idea on use/price to sell it..

Gold Defensive Bone Staff of Fortitude (the one with bunch of skulls at top)
+10 energy
Cold damage 11-22 (requires 8 death)
1/2 skill recharge of Death (20%)
1/2 casting time of Death (20%)
Armour +5
Health +29

It says value 324g but im sure its got to be worth a bit more than that..!

Any help would be great.
I also have a +5 insightfull staff head, would it be better to add that instead of defence??

It really depends on how bad someone wants a gold staff and not desert collector's... If I offered you 150k right away then I think it's real

Almost all staffs I get usually go straight to merch for 200+gold as I dont use them :/

I did find a +30 hale staff head in box, would it be worth putting that on instead of armour? giving larger health bonus or just sell items on their own?

along same lines if I got a +30 warding (to replace 29hp) would it be worth upgrading just to make it spot on/max... basically would the increase in item value be worth it given the other stats are high. Im sure I read somewhere on forum its best not to upgrade items.

Yeah I did post it there first as I was logged in on to both sites at the time.
Ive not used price check b4 and didnt realise that site wasnt as busy as this one (will be using this one in future tho). Almost as soon as things are posted here ppl are posting their view/reply which is great..
