i have been searching and searching and havent found one either, im interested if anyone has, or shes just being really cruel.

Not true. Can't be done. My theory is this: When you get 1,000 faction points you can trade it in for Amber/Jade, which you can in-turn sell, and get gold for, if you so wish to. That being said, she could mean that you can sell faction points for gold, in one way or another.

If you bribe the healers near the luxon res shrines (while you are on kurzick faction), they will give you 10 faction points for your 100 gold, and allow you to use that shrine if you die. :P

not true, im about 99% sure that faction travels with each respective player...like guilds in an alliance,

i find faction easy to get anyway just AB alot even if you lose your getting around 800 per battle.....=)

Yes guild factions travel, players' don't.

Faction is donated to guilds by players and that faction stays with that guild (appart from faction degen).

The only place I can think of where you can actually buy faction (and I think I only read this somewhere, haven't tried it), is with the priests at the spawn portals. Say for instance you are more aligned with kurzicks but you are running around in luxon territory, if you die you can't use spawn portals guarded by luxons. However, if you bribe the priest, I believe I read that for 50 gold you can use their spawn portal AND you gain 100 luxon faction.
Now before you all run off and take advantage of this new easy faction farming method, note that once your luxon faction gets higher than your kurzick faction, you probably can't bribe the priest anymore cuz there's no reason to since you are now a friend of the luxon armada. So really with this method you can only have AT MOST 100 more luxon faction than kurzick faction. And if your kurzick faction isn't 0, you just wasted either whatever extra luxon or kurzick faction you had if you cash in for ambers or jade since doing so drains equal points from both factions.
