Hi I just had this hammer drop for me and I'm wondering how much it will sell for. here are the stats:

Zodaic Hammer of Fortitude
19-35 (req. 8)
+15% while in a stance
+30hp

How much would this sell for? Also, is it worth the money to put a second mod on it? If I do put a second mod on it, which would be better (increase the value of the weapon more) 10% furious or 20/20 sundering?
