2) Bought Mina's Gaze IG

Either:

Max damage
req 8-13 Domination
+5 energy over 50 (no less)
10% global recharge (not casting)

Or:

Mina's Gaze (green)

I already have imperfect equipment, and I'm looking for perfect ones to replace them.

Rare skin preferred, though not required.
