Won't let me on my characters

When I log into my account, so far so good, but then I double click one of my characters and then it says serious error problem Memory at address could not be read. Any ideas on how to fix this? Also, this happens when I try to minimize the window, and I have tried reinstalling the client.

From the errors you describe it could be several things:

1. Bad system RAM. Go download Memtest86 http://www.memtest86.com/ and see if you're issue is RAM related.
2. Overheating - GW is CPU intensive so you may find that your current CPU cooling isn't sufficient. Make sure you CPU's case and core temperature are well below the manufacturer's specs. Also clean the inside of your computer with some DustOff to improve air flow.
3. Virus - do a full system scan for virii and also do a scan for adware/malware using free tools like AVG and AdAware.
4. Other programs running that are poorly behaved - remove any junk programs/freeware that you haven't used in a long while. Also remove any sketchy stuff like free virtual desktop software. All that bloat could cause an issue but it's highly unlikely.
5. Are your network drivers up to date?
6. Are your graphic card's drivers up to date?
