saw one with perfect mods 15 over 50 req 9 bid on for 100k + 30e but i guess it just depends on ur buyer. If u cant find a buyer for it (which u should) i have a gothic sword req 8 15/-5 20% enchantments (worth 200k PC guru) and 100k id trade u for since i would re mod that axe anyways seeing that they arent max.
