Wrong description?

Ive noticed that gale says 50% failure chance with air magic of 4 or less. I have 4 in air and when i cast i often get the failure msg saying air magic needs to be at 5 or more! Whats wrong the skill or the description?

The description may be a bit confusing, but it's definitely accurate.

50% chance to fail with 4 or less is the exact same as saying 50% chance to fail with less than 5, when dealing with integers. It's merely semantics that one is chosen over the other.

Yea 4 or less... thats still 4. Thats not even a problem with math, its more a problem of not being able to read.

LESS than 4 would mean 4 would be fine, but thats not what it said. It says 4 or less (which includes the number 4).
