PC 15^50 req8 Shadow Blade

Crippling Shadow Blade of Warding
Slashing Damage 15-22 (Req 8 Swordmanship)
Damage +15% (while health is above 50%)
Lengthens crippling duration on foe 33%
Armor +7 (vs. elemental attacks)

I'm not sure how much demand there is for Shadow Blades anymore, but I know req8 15^50 is good. The mods, while perfect, aren't that great. Any suggestions for price, or how to mod it to make it worth more?
