Ive created several new characters in Cantha and got them into the teens, all have done the att point quest that starts in Ran Musu Gardens, but where is the other one? Ive not found it yet on any character.

you get it from the quest the kirin in seitung harbor gives you after you beat the second mission

Unwelcome Guest after completing Zen Daijun.
I think you get it from the guard guarding the entrance to Zen in Seitung Harbor.

Should be in Q&A BTW...

Hmm.. ^ isn't quite right. You get it from Zunraa in Seitung Harbor after completing Zen Daijun. You might have to ring his bell to see him. Then you talk to the guard and he'll let you through. It's quite a bit harder than the first 15 attribute point quest though... But still nowhere near as hard as the Tyria ones.

So when you get to the Unwelcome Guess quest, it's much better to go with a pub than henchmen.

I didn't find the Tyrian quests to be any harder. Unwelcome guest is kinda tedious ..
