Other mods aren't important

1st:
Zodiac Shield
req. 9 Str.
Life +25 (no more or less)
Damage -5 20%
2nd:
Tall Shield
req. 9 Tac
Life +25 (no more or less)
Damage -5 20%

I just look for those req's, nothing higher or lower, so plz dont offer anything else.
I dont like any shields with dmg reduction while ench/stance.
I just need ^50% weapons.
