Magmas Shield/Summit Warlord Shield/Tall Shield [AL 16, Req 8, +30 hp always];
It also needs a second mod (reduces blind 20%, -3 hexed, -5 [20%], -2 stance); in order of preference.


Everything must be exact, I won't settle for something that isn't as listed above.
