7-17 Dmg (req 10 dagger mast.)
+14% dmg always
-10 armor (while attacking)
+5 Armor

#1 20k+

but 2nd opinion

Note that #2 is an Ornate Shield, NOT an Ornate Buckler. The Ornate Shield is a Factions skin, so I'd price this at around 50k...
