Question about starter skills

Heya.

I have a R/Mo and was wondering if Healing Breeze is a skill I'm gonna have to buy. Wiki lists it as a quest reward for either the monk starter mission (back in pre) or reward for doing "Monk's Path" in the desert.

However, since I'm already a monk secondary, I can't get it free - is this statement correct?

Can only be got pre-sear by a monk primary. You'll have to buy it with an R/Mo. Yes, the statement is correct.
