Your main skills will most likely be desecrate enchantments, insidious parasite, SS and a res sig. Besides that you could do pretty much anything, but most go with /me for archane echo.

I'd consider Spiteful Spirit (Curses) {E} Reckless Haste (Curses) Parasitic Bond (Curses) Scourge Healer (Smite) Signet of Rage (Smite) Insidious Parasite (Curses) Well of Weariness (Curses) ==Open== This works fairly well in PvE. Haven't tested it in PvP or AB.
