why is this purple? don't understand how the heck A=Net programed that stuff anymore since I've seen shields with just -2 stance that are gold... does the req make a difference?

i was thinking that...but then ive had a few -2 req13 shields that were gold..

maybe they class the QRP as a purple mod..like 18% or 8% caster mods..

WTF!!!! A perfect shield but it is purple. what next armor +10 vs xxxx -x dmg coming as purple. go anet doing a great job ruining everything.
