Hmm... I would say 50k+ on the first one... I would salvage the second one and hope for the 20/20... its req 13 and the mod is worth 100k~ish~

so 1st = 50k
2nd = 100k/salvage

any other opinions?

1st is around 50k.
2nd sould be able to get around 100k, there are still lot of ppl doesn't care about req. If you salvage it (and it's not steel), ap20/20 or +30hp will get you around 50k-70K. Ap20/20 worth more than +30hp these days.
