Incase you cant see the skills in the screen the order from left to right is:
Power Block, Drain Enchantment, Esther feast, Backfire, Diversion, Shame, Shatter Enchantment(feedback now a good possible replacement for shatter) and --->wastrels worry<---a key part of the build.
Also, the reason of low xp is this is one of my many variations of it, as it is a pvp mesmer i dont really want to spend money on him.
wand is half cast time of domination 20% energy 5^50 and the characium is half recharge and cast time of domination 20%
Ok, My explanation: This build is designed to take down or damage almost any profession. I will go through my guide profession by profession and you guys out there tell me what you think i could improve on or have done wrong, please not some professions this build is almost useless against such as assasain, their combo's proove to much of a spike unless i have a monk supporting me.
Monk: Observe the monks build, healer, prot ect, and figure out their primary atribute, then power block a spell, this is particularly effective on healers. And then keep on using wastrels worry until you see them start to use their skills again (if there is a second monk, use backfire on him) Now wastrels worry really kicks in here, if you are low on energy find a target with enchants up and drain it. First cast diversion and then wastrels worry, as they will try and remove it by casting a skill, and if they dont they will end up suffering 136 damage from wastrels worry in those 6 second diversion lasts. Rinse and repeat, re-applying powerblock to the monk when possible, and backfire on separate monks, and if there are no others, cast it on the monk straight after powerblock ends. If the monk is boon heal/prot, shatter enchant is a helps alot here.
Elementalist/Necro: Here, you repeat the powerblock method shown above, but usually the caster, Necro's primarily will have a secondary proffession for what ever, Use Guilt when possible and backfire also, Shatter enchantment also if they are using any enchantments for added spike damage with backfire and wastrels worry, if there are more casters, try to spread out backfire and guilt, deversion if you see them casting long spells, with 7 fastcasting you will most likely cast faster than them.
Mesmer: Enemy mesmers can be a real bugger, especially migrain mesmers and e denial mesmers, your best hope here is to use Guilt as often as possible, and diversion althought it will mostlikey get distracted, If you are lucky enough to get a powerblock in on thier primary attribute, take advantage and wastrels worry twice if possible, followed up by shame for energy, then backfire and resume with wastrels worry, drain enchantments from foes if needed. If you happen to face a degen mesmer, you shouldnt have too much trouble dispatching them, backfire and powerblock, wastrels worry, rinse and repeat. Energy denial mesmers, use the above method also but include diversion and Guilt.
Warrior: Kiting is the most important thing here, if your lucky and you are fighting a paladin with mending and other enchantments---> shatter enchantment. Other wise, especially against knockdown warriors use diversion followed up by 2 wastrels worry then kite, rinse and repeat. Apply the above methods to paladins to help numb the pain of thier attack.
Assasins: Same method as with warriors, just a hell of alot more kiting, perhaps even running. Thier combo's can really hurt. All i can think of doing is if you are having to much trouble with them and warriors, bring in a phisical resistance or empathy instead of Guilt.
Rangers: Disrupt rangers and degen stacking rangers are your problems here, its basicly the same method as warriors, just deversion as much as you can, and i mean as much as you can to disable a skill or two, and those two skills that you disabled can keep you alive. If you are about worried touch rangers, your in for a laugh is all i can say. Deversion 2 or 3 times and all their touch skills are dead, meaning they are dead before you can say touch noob.
Ritualists: Working on an effective method, so far, backfire and powerblock is all i can think, seeing as thier spirit summoning skills can not be distracted by powerblock, try using it on a offensive or healing skill.
Estherfeast generally when needed.
Also you might consider taking out a skill for res signet.
Anyway thanks for looking. I will add more but this all i got time for atm, thanks again

EDIT:Corrected some grammar, mixed shame up with guilt, thanks for the mention
