I know many people have said that the guild should be almost like WoW but i have mixed feelings about that. I would just like to have a different layout in the guild roster.
My idea is almost similar to other posted here but i just want to talk about the roster. A guild leader has officers under him so i was thinking. Could there be a co guild leader? Almost like in the armed forces in a way. A layout would be like this:
Guild Leader: the first of command of everything
-Officers will be here that are under him
Then Co Guild Leader: the second command of everything if the guild leader take a vaction he can be guild leader for a bit.
- Then officers under him so the layout is.

Just an idea of it. The Co leader can be the pvp/gvg team and the Guild leader could be the pve team of the guild. Just putting my idea out there. I know there is people that have ideas but not sure if anyone came up with this. If they did i don't want to take credit that this is my idea. But if no one has then i want to take credit.. (lol)

I sign the idea of co-leader ship. I mean, something simple, let there be more than one leader. My concept of a guild's leader is the same as that of moderator, a guild may have more than one moderator.
My view, is that a guild works as a community where people cooperate and think by themselves, not as a militar institution where soldiers are expected to follow orders blindly.
In a team a caller is a kind or leader, a person who knows a map is a kind of leader, a person who is a mature player is a kind of leader, a person who knows builds is a kind of leader, ... knowledge and skill makes of any player a leader. ^^

Nice idea, I'd like that. Also you could add a tab/window to see your Alliance members in one big Alliance List.
