whats going on with this? seems to have popped up again...for those of us how basicly live here its gets annoying

This is a recent problem I've been observing over the last 3 days. It's happening at an odd time, especially at night once our numbers drop. Leads me to believe that it's a script running during this time. I believe it was a cron job and we've disabled it for now so the nighttime problems should be resolved.
