Which shield for R/W evasion tank? (if not using recommended one)

Hey all, I have the original Rezon thread bookmarked but the shield in it I"m too lazy to get. The variation in Factions is too far ahead at the moment for me to get, I might get it later..

My current shield
Skull Shield: req 4 tactics, 11 armour, -1 damage while in stance
its some crappy shield I picked up in ascalon or maybe kryta, I dont remember... its old

Kanieg City Weaponsmith Shield:
Bronze Shield: Req 9 tactics, 16 armour, +45 health, 20% chance for -5 damage


Advice? :/

The always on version or the stance version will both work for ya. The extra +45 is nice to have though.

Don't forget about that Crimson Carapace shield out in the Scar near Thirsty River. Just need 3 Bleeched Shells, now.

But, if you're not that far along in Prophecies, then just get that +30/-5 Always one in Kaineng Center. That should hold ya'.

Well, imo then it depends:
The 30+allways -5/20% is good if you aint in a stance, since the -5/20% is the same as 1- allways..

But, if ur in stance alot when you are takeing dmg, then a -2stance/45+stance(Or 30+ allways) will be better, since the dmg reduce is higher..

So i would go with either the 30+ allways/ -2 stance, or the -2 stance/ 45+ stance (Dessert collector outside Thirsty river, 2 bleached shells)

also, the -2 stance bow aint too much of use, since its not max dmg, and an axe or sword can add 5+ def or 30 hp if wanted. So you can pull out 60 hp extra allways from your weapon set.. or combind it in another way..
But thats some of the best i can recommend

When it came to the Hex Shield i went for the 1 outside Camp Rankor. You can make some pretty damn stupid farming builds out there to get the 5 Frosted Wings needed.
Same goes for my Dune Burrower farming build yesterday so i could get an Ascalon Bow, Incendiary Arrows ftw

It's not that their hard to get, its just that i'm just too dang lazy to do it myself when its so much easier spamming 'WTB'

Thanks all for the comments, I got a tip on where there was a weapon crafter really close to Kanieg city that would craft the -2 while in stance shield for me... went and got it made. So good, so so good
