Well I just started playing Guild wars 10 days ago, And I went out and brought factions and made myself a nerco I though to myself I will make a MM well then that nerf thing came where I could only contorl ten minions, I didn't like that at all.

So I went with an old fav of mine the BiP/support nerco. As it turns out there not as much fun as I onced remember so I have a level 20 N/Ele and I dont know what to do, its too boring to play support nerco where im in the game(Nahpui Quarter mission sp??).

And I dont know if I can play a MM with a ele secondary? Or can I? I dont know, im lost and dont know what too..I was thinking about remaking the Nerco from stratch but it took 25 hours to get where Im now, and it may not see like alot but crap I really dont want to do it all again. So what im really asking is there a way to be a MM with a ele secondary? Maye I could rehash my BiP/Support nerco to be fun again?? Or should I just go work on my new earth farmer and my war famer? Gah Im confused.

You have to beat nahpui before you get to senji's.... To play a MM you only need a few skills... Bone horrors or bone fiends(or both if you want) blood of the master, a res and that's practically all you "need". Normally people tend to go with a few bone horrors if you bring both then the rest fiends because they concentrate attacks more often. Even though Veratas sacrifice was nerfed, it is useful every now and again if your running to a new spot to start a battle and don't want to stop every 2 seconds to cast blood of the master.

Also, your monks in your team will love you if you can bring some form of self healing like blood renewal or something.

Here is a little bit of advise. MM is still very viable and fun, but like any other profession, it takes skills (not yours so much but your character's magic spells) to make it fun.

MM (non-tyria):

BotM
Animate Bone Fiend
Animate Vampiric Horror
Death Nova
Mark of Subversion (the only spell you have to stop the spirits from casting harmful spells on you)
Life Siphon
Parasitic Bond (if you have it)/Death Swarm (Vampiric Swarm)
Res Signet

Note: Put points into Death (max), Soul Reaping, rest into Blood.
MoS is only for interupt (and rare healing)
Life Siphon healing only (a little can mean a lot over time)
Parasitic Bond (healing only)/Death Swarm( Vampiric Swarm), Damage, a little healing

Blood isn't really for your healing (nor is curse) but its better than nothing.

Battery:
Blood Ritual
Blood Renewal
Life Siphon
Spiteful Spirit (e)
Parasitic Bond
Suffering
Well of Blood (or Mark of Subversion)
Res Signet

If you only have BiP and not SS, then drop Blood Ritual and use Vampiric Gaze). Instead of just waiting for people to lose energy, suck up life while you wait.
