20/20 Smite Staff Collector Locatation?

Hello Folks,

I've found the collectors with both the 20/20 Divine Favor and Healing staves but have not been able to locate the collector with the 20/20 Smite Staff.

Anyone know where this Collector is located and what item you need to trade?

That's a great GW resource I was totally unaware of. Found the information I needed quickly and already have the Smite Staff in question.
