I am trying to do the "Can't we all just get along" quest, but i can't seem to find the people that i am looking for. I didn't check extremely hard, but before i look again i was wondering if anyone could help me locate them. Thanks.

Those quests aren't available any more. They were temporary things to help introduce us to Factions content. :P
