PC Please on Celestial Axe (req) 9 14always -5energy

I did search a few pages, I did look through the auctions, and still came up mostly empty handed. The ones on the auctions are either undesired or are too high or low for people to take much interest in (read: most people like going high end in the auctions)


I need to know should I sell it like it is and about how much it would go for.

OR

Should I add some perfect mods to it and which ones would bring me the best price...?

DO NOT ADD ANY MODS. They don't increase the value and it was stated many times... The axe might hit 20k so I'd say 15-20 and it depends on your luck and the amount of your spare time...

While normally I might agree with you on that, I don't think that saying goes for all items.... (read: Zodiac 15^50 bows add 20/20 and +30hp and suddenly it goes for near a mill instead of the likely 200-300k you would have gotten with crap mods/no mods - My husband's been getting a few here and there so watching the prices of those has been the game for 2wks now and adding mods for this particular item does make the price jump, yes people are silly I know).

90% of the time mods really do not help. If you do things right you get just as much from items without having to mod as when ya do when ya mod them. As I sold a zodiac axe awhile back basicly clean for about the same price people were getting for fully mod'd ones. Depends. Usually the item is worth 400k, you add 100k+ worth of mods, and instead of 400k you get the 550k. But you just had to spend time and effort getting the mods, etc.

And personally I think you could get 20-30k or so for the axe... they are still popular

I agree Stuey about the mod thing... But for some reason if you do them on the auctions most people won't pay any attention at all unless it says perfect (and ya don't get "perfect" without the mods). Ingame its a bit different, but the actual GWG auctions are weird *shrugs* People are weird lol!
