2k...water isn't exactly the most popular of elements...

BEfore factions I sold a similar wand, only difference, the req was 9 for aver 150k, so I'd say you still may be able to get someone to buy it for at least 20k

You're certainly entitled to your opinion on these forums, but even before Factions, you must have been very lucky to sell a Water Wand for that much. Even if it were a req 8 5>50 10% recharge pre-Factions, all you could really hope for was 150k. There's simply no way you could sell a single-modded wand for 150k, without ripping off the other party. This wand is in no way worth 20k, 5k tops, and that is if you are really really really lucky...
