15-22 dmg (req.9)
Damage +15% above 50% health
+19% to Swordsmanship

Should I bother buying and adding upgrades so I can resell at a higher value or sell it as is? Any help would be appreciated please.

30k or so, maybe more in-game. People will still pay decent money for these...

good req, decent skin... perfect 15>50.. leave as is, 40k give or take.
