Request: Sunreach

I have been trying for a few days to get that shield with all kinds of builds with no success - it's just too crazily packed with mobs to go close. Does anyone out there have a solo warrior build to kill him? thanks

You can't solo him with a warrior ... at least what i heard and tried. On the other hand, you can farm him in a 2 man group. 1 should be a stance/grenths tank and another a SS Necro. Works like a charm.

you cant farm him on your own, invinci monk dies to cause of all the enchantment removal.

Does anyone know the Stance Tank + Grenths Balance build?

I have been working on a Solo for a week or so. I have not figured it out yet but I will keep working on it. I can kill everything to get to his group, but his group kick my butt. Sunreach isn't that big of a deal, its his group. So when putting together the farm, focus his group.

I have made 3 and 4 man runs and they work well. The SS necro does make it alot easier to kill things as a warrior.

Maybe a warrior with SS...

kidding, but seriously, I've tried so many things and it's not really working. I'll try a bit more in the upcoming days to see if i can find a way.

I think the best way is to find out all of the skills that the mobs use, does anyone know them, like ALL of them? Theres a pretty definitive solo ranger build just using evade stances + stuf to kill many of the enemies that spawn there... not sure if the stances will be enough to bring down all of them tho...hmm

I have an idea for a ranger build but thats ranger not war.. as far as war goes i dont think it would work unless you used HH maybe?

Well, me and my mate have been farming him with Stance Grenth Tank and SS...Works pretty well, but sometimes the stupid warrens come out in front instead of sunreach, wich means Churning Earth and ES...

Best build so far is:

[+] 1 Stance tank using To the Limit which charges your bonetti defense, because of wardens using surge all the time. The rest are stances together with grenths.
[+] 1 Echo Nuker. In this case it works much better than SS necro since it delivers a lot of dmg in a short time. Fireball/Rodgorths/Shower. Be sure to carry Mantra of Resolve otherwise you won't be able to cast anythinf due to Warden mesmers. And dont try any attunments until you kill the Mesmers, it's only gonna get shattered.

The Necro Warden boss ( which is close, but forgot the name ) can also be farmable this way.

I think someone mentioned to me a barrage/vic/vig ranger, but I'm not sure about how much dps you get as opposed to the hps you get (~150 per sec)

Well I have come to one conclusion

Sunreach is a coward, hehehehe, he is to scared to fight you alone. I been running him up and down the path yesterday all night and not once did he break from his group

There must be a way, I still believe there has to be a way, even if you can just get one of his casters at a time but they are sticking together like glue.

So much for poor Ai on these guys, they defenitely know to stick together.

Oh well, here we go again lol another marathon, hehehehehehe, maybe I can run him to death

sometimes they get stuck in the spirits they create...There was one time that me and my mate manage to get him along with some Warden of the Forest, wich was fairly easy...Maybe aggroing him on to that hole on the left....
