I was wondering if this had any value or not, as I haven't had a chance to ask a friend of mine that usually helps me with these things.

Icy Morning Star Axe of Defense
Cold dmg 6-28 (req 8 Axe Mastery)
Damage +15%
Armor -10(while attacking)
Armor +5
