WTB Many High req (11+), perfect Damage modded weapons.

Im buying a bunch of weapons with high req and perfect damage mods. Extra mods are nice, but i wont pay a ton extra for them. Any req is fine, although 12 is my limit on most bows, but i will consider a req 13. I know that some still are running quite high price, but thats cool.
