Im going to suggest another person. The guard who talks to the emperor in the cinematic when entering riasu palace for the first time. Now that is awful.

Edit couldn't spell emperor to save my life.

Well of course its a top quality wooden gate, it blocks out ALL sound. So the char simply went around and the guard never knew

Worst Voice? I'd say the guard in Raisu Cin and Danika.
Best Voice? Hablion and I personally think the Seer is well done for her role.

Was I the only one who actually liked Rhea? She seemed like the only GW character ever not to overdramatize her lines beyond human comprehension. Her and Hablion, who was also fortunate enough to be spared some of the dumber lines.

I utterly loathe Shiro. The moment he even attempts to say something, you know you are suddenly having a horrible day. His duel with Vizu was probably a pinnacle, it sounded like a greatest diarrhaea contest on red hot coal.

That kid at the end of Minister Whatever's Thingy mission was annoying as hell as well, mostly because he had the single worst known line in the universe. "I had this dream, right, the Minister changed into a monster". Hay guess what, this monster's corpse lies like 2 centimetres away, I guess this wasn't a dream after all, mr Relevant McPlotprogressing.

Lich was quite awful, but 99% of his spoken lines were generic evil cackle. Emperor was actually quite decent, so were the dwarves. Dragons gave me mental images of old ladies that sat on some anthills.

Srill, nothing can possibly beat Shiro. If you asked that guy what time it was, he would probably take half an hour to sinisterly speak it out, while dripping with malevolence and mushy stuff.

I have to agree that no matter how annoying elder rhea's old rotting corpse voice is, Shiro is the wort one. His voice sounds nothing like that of a human and I didn't like the voice acting.

And the most terrible sound effects and overal cutscene award goes to the scene with shiro fighting Vizu in the sewers.That is just too awful to even look at, if that would be the trailer for any game I wouldn't even consider buying it.

The randomnes of the sound of 2 swords hitting eachother while they are not hitting eachother on screen makes me feel sad. Also Shiro keeps turning his head ,like when we do when we're stand still ,while he's talking to Vizu.

So definately Shiro.

i just think generally the writing is awful; they try to hard to be "epic" by making the characters over-dramatic. DON'T DO IT AGAIN!

I second that.

Also, she looks as if she should have this "evil villain" voice. But when she speaks, its all high-pitched and whiney. Makes me want to stab her. >_<

I'm going to have to agree that Danika is the worst. Sounds like a New York call girl.

If I have to watch the cutscene with the stupid fortune teller dying, I'm gonna shoot myself! I can't get her lines out of my head sometimes: Beware...the flame...seeker......prophecies! He's going to kill you! blah blah blah......

Seriously, if I was the fortune teller and Shiro just rammed a sword thru me for after trying to help him I wouldn't say a damn thing afterwards. But no, she keeps telling him his damn fortune and keeps telling him to be careful! Omfg, what a cheesy unbelievable storyline.

I once had a bug which made King Jalis Ironhammer's voice all twisted. :| He sounded like Chip and/or Dale (the squirrels in Disney cartoons). Almost made me fall off my chair.

I haven't seen it mentioned yet, but there's a guard at the end of Fort Ranik that runs up yelling "Prince Rurik! Prince Rurik!" Now this wouldn't be so bad...just another generic npc voice. What makes it terrible is that they recorded only one "Prince Rurik!" then repeated it. So they're too lazy to even have the voice actor say another "Prince Rurik?" Sad...

That aside, Danika wins above all for me, for every reason previously mentioned.

Ugh god, Danika. I was just playing Arborstone and she started to talk and...and...well.

She's freaking meant to be rich and pompous, but she sounds like one of the developer's daughters were wrangled into doing her role. It seriously sounds like she's 10 years old and likes to talk about her biggest crush and how cute her dress looks.

Totally misplaced.

Sure the voice is annoying but it's meant to be youthful to represent a new generation of people to be open minded and setting aside old grudges to fight against a greater evil?

Danika, definitely! Her high-pitched voice is sooooo irritating, it is not suited to a character who is supposed to be nobility. I can't stand hearing her speak at all.

Elder Rhea looks and sounds like she's smoked about 50,000 packs of cigarettes, but that makes me laugh XD

Now I haven't played Factions, mind you, so I can't really comment. But like someone posted on the first or second page, in prophecies, hands downs, it's the voices of the Chosen! Can't recall, then load up the Divinity Coast mission (that takes you to Maguuma) and watch the cinematic at the end. Especially that male chosen! Wow, he sounds like a robot having pitch problems. I sincerely hope these were last minute fill-ins and not paid for this.

I didn't mind Saidra but found it odd that she had a Jamaican accent...

I think a lot more attention was put into the voices for Nightfall. I can't really complain as almost all the voices fit the character's very well, imho. The only exceptions I can think of would be the Vabbian Prince, Ahmtur the Mighty (for a distinguished warrior, why make him sound like an 80 yr old english professor who forgot to insert his dentures?).

Usually I Pve, but occasionally I do HA with my guild and the most annoying thing I hear is the Ghostlys Voice I mean the way he says "This base belongs to your party" his voice is so.... crappy he says it like paah-tea instead of party and it annoys me every time

Danika's voice was by far the worst and most poorly chosen to suit the appearance and what seemed to be the royalty/stuck up personality of kurzicks...

As annoying as Togo was, his voice was pretty decently done and fit his character fine imo
