Collector healing wands

Do any collectors give a Holy Rod with 20/20 healing?

edit - there's a staff with 20/20 mod.

Then there are some rods with mods like :

Halves skill recharge of Healing Prayers spells (Chance: 20%)
Energy +5 (while Health is below 50%)

Nope, there aren't any collector 20/20 wands, but you can craft those in Leviathan Pits and Varsburg Armory.

EDIT: No idea if there are 20/20 greenies.

Aint there a Healing Wand that has 20/20 An allso 5^50%
it's from some crafter you will run into him when you do some quest.
in the city.

The weaponsmith crafter in Vasburg Armory crafts every type of wand with a 20/20 mods.

Crafter also makes the offhand to go with it, so you can have double 20/20 healing bonus or whatever other combo you want.

You can only have 2 bonuses on a wand. 20/20 are 2 already.
5^50 is one.

20/20+5^50 would be 3

That guy, checo, crafts Halved casting time 20% with 5^50 energy.
