I'm afriad there no build like that I've heard of. Its something they have created themselves. With a monk I strongly recommend not being a damage dealer. 9 times of 10 they are completely useless for there team. If I were you I'd just be a healer/protection monk.

I would have to agree with the above, in my narrow views of Monks, those that do damage and are non-solo Smiting Monks have little place in parties that I lead. While this is in several ways moronic, its hard to shake old habits I suppose. While I can understand the difficulty of finding a group, the most annoying thing is having a single Monk, who never says he / she is Smiting until we get into the mission....

You don't want to use whatever his build was. You'll have better damage and more 'healing'(in terms of damage taken vs ability to be healed) as a paladin most likely... And paladins don't have great damage...

I thought Paladins were Wa/Mo...atleast in every other RPG i've ever seen they were.

Actually I've seen a build like this before. It was kind of a silly gimmick, but it can work. IIRC it looked something like this:

Vigorous Spirit
Live Vicariously
Flurry
Healing Breeze
Auspicious Parry {E}
Bonetti's Defense
Mend Ailment
Holy Veil

The obvious problem with this kind of build is that you can't really heal anyone else effectively, except via Breeze, which really isn't a great heal. You don't do much damage either, so it's really a pretty poor build, useful only for screwing around in RA.

It is possible to do damage as a monk, but you'll do considerably less than a warrior, even with 12 points into your weapon attribute, and of course your armor isn't as good. So, in general, you want to leave the damage to the wars and the healing to the monks, although I admit it's funny when you actually kill someone as a monk.
