energy+5^50//+5(enchanted) // 20% cast inspiration (preferably energy)
rescharge inspiration 20%
skin doesn´t matter
to ansewar liguid steels question:
problem with all collectors/craftable inspiration wands is the req, all those mesmer wands req illusion or maybe domination.
