This is a pretty awesome staff for smites, Guildwiki hasit in the Jade sea area but no boss name, anyone come across this yet?

If so im looking for it.

It says on guildwiki it's dropped by Scourgewind (surprisingly), who hangs around just outside the leviathan pits. I went and looked and he is practically right outside it in silent surf.

Scourgewind...don't you cap Signet of Judgment from him?

Yeah he uses sig of judgment.

I've killed hime many times while I was farming his Wallows for Wallow Tusks and out of I would say...13-14 runs he never dropped it once. People must have farmed the hell out of him beforehand.

When I used to farm Rajazan solo there would be 10run gaps where I got nothing.
