Hi , can travel to seitung harbor and the monastary with my char from Prophecies? cause there 2 15atribute quest there.

it is possible if you have factions installed and merged your faction account with your prohecie account

It is however not possible to do those 15 attrb quests. You need to do the prophecies 15 attrb. quests.

you can travel to seitung harbor with a prophecies character, but those quests will not be available for you. the only 15 attribute quests you can do are the one in the desert and the one in southern shiverpeaks in the prophecies campaign.

Once you have maxed your attribute count, your Tyrian character cannot take advantage of the Canthain quests to make 230 attribute points.. so in case anyone thought it was a loophole.. its not

Simply put, they are quests that will (on completion) reward you with 15 attribute points. There are 2 of these quests in Prophecies and two in Factions. At level 20, doing both of these will give you a total of 200 points to put into your character's attributes.

There are 2 quests in each campaign where part of the reward is 15 attribute points. In Prophecies, one is in the desert area and the other is in the southern Shiverpeaks.

Run out the Kaineng Docks portal of the Marketplace and talk to First Mate Xiang. He'll tell you that there's not much to do on the island and hit "yes".

From wiki:Kaineng Docks is an explorable area on the north-western coast of Cantha, directly north-west of the Marketplace. Kaineng Docks can initially be accessed from Seitung Harbor by talking to First Mate Xiang after receiving the quest A Master's Burden. For characters visiting from Tyria, this is where you can travel back to the first areas of the Factions campaign. Talk to First Mate Xiang in order to travel to Shing Jea Island and it's towns.

press m and then press on a city, but ofcourse if you haven't been in the city you can't travel too it, then you need to walk to the city and then it will appear on you map
