Palm Strike Vs Flashing Blades - Kaineng City Elites

Okay at the moment I am still in Kaineng City. Only 2 Elites I can cap atm are Palm Strike and Flashing Blades. I would like to know which is the better Elite to have.

I would be assuming flashing blades would serve the better elite. Every assassin just about has a hard time surviving, that will help alot when your trying to go in and pull of your combo.

i'd go with Palm Strike {E}... since your still in the Kaineng City area and you'll be facing many Afflicted Warriors... which use Wild Blow

I was planning on trying to steal Kenshi's daggers anyways...
