10-15k, maybe a bit more.

Generally 15/-1's with second mods can go pretty high, but people like with 10 or 20% recharge, but still..

Put it into guru auctions and let it go, see what happens.

Req is high, it's Illusion, and it's +5 AL while casting, not 5>50, kinda kills the price. I'd say 5-10k...
