While wandering around town, I notice that some people have glowing hands. What causes this, and what does it do?

wrong i think hes talking about the rank if you are ranked 3 than i think ur hands glow maybe im wrong cuz that guy is the ministry of knowledge and so he must kno more.

Nope, Auntie is correct. Lots of people in pre-searing have glowing hands

they can have a different character that has rank 3or something and the other charactr will glow im pretty sure but dont quote me. cuz i dont kno much about this subject. unbeleivably.

The glowing hands comes from the Collectors edition. I know this because one of my good friends has never done any GvG (He's in my guild) or PvP. All of his characters have glowing hands during the animations.
That said, there might be something that adds the Devine aura to your account when you get to that level in Rank. But I doubt it.

i have the collectors edition, i have glowing hands, and it says on the box i get divine w/e which gives me glowing hands

I wish I could pay the difference and upgrade to the collectors edition. But then there wouldn't be anything "collector" about it, if everyone could do that.
