Meh? It has +5 energy AND +14% in stance? If this were really the case and it's not an ANet update that I don't know about, then the sky's the limit...

Maybe it's 14% Damage always -5 NRG? Maybe you were looking at a stance item and this at same time and got them confused or something no idea..
